When: Wednesday 2/1, 5:30-7:30 (wellness activities will start at 6pm)

Event description:

Come join your CEA colleagues in a facilitated wellness event in partnership with Of the Mother Wellness. We hope to create space for us as evaluation professionals to connect with ourselves and connect with each other. We will foster ideas and energy for self-care in the professional sphere: Work/life balance, Celebrating evaluation wins, and Handling stressful situations/evaluation challenges

Activities will include:

Physical movement: Tai chi gong

Sound healing

Group vision session
