Job Title: Sr. Evaluation Strategist 

Role Description: Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Evaluation Strategist will be responsible for executing on all things strategy and evaluation. This person is deeply committed to living the mission and values of Hansra Consulting and demonstrates strong leadership, personal responsibility and initiative, and commitment to building positive internal and external relationships. This person is flexible and is prepared to lean into what is needed to accomplish our goals as a valued team member. The position is full time, hybrid, with a base salary of $85K/yr - $90K/yr
