      <title>Evaluation Pathways Initiative Info Session (06/09/2026)</title>
      <description>&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;Are you an evaluator of color in the Chicago region who is providing evaluation and data support to your organization, but have received little to no formal evaluation training? If so, then this info session may be for you!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px !important;"&gt;The &lt;a href="https://www.pathwaysinitiative.net/" target="_blank"&gt;Evaluation Pathways Initiative&lt;/a&gt; (Pathways) is a program designed to strengthen the diversity of the Chicago area evaluation field by increasing the recruitment and training of culturally responsive and equity-focused evaluators of color. Pathways offers an Emerging Evaluator Program and each cohort includes six weeks of interactive workshops followed by eight weeks of optional one-on-one evaluation coaching. Applications are currently being accepted for Cohort IX through Friday July 17th.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 22px;"&gt;During this session, Dr. Lisa Aponte-Soto, Pathways Program Director, will provide an overview of the program and answer any questions that you may have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dr. Lisa Aponte-Soto is the&amp;nbsp;President/CEO of&lt;/span&gt; &lt;a href="https://tanomaconsulting.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Tanoma Consulting, LLC&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;and Program Director of the Evaluation Pathways Initiative. She is a Spanish/English bilingual advocate, educator, and scholar with over 20 years of experience in culturally responsive, community-participatory research, organizational development, and equity-centered evaluation, including community mobilization paradigms (e.g., critical consciousness, positive youth development, and empowerment, participatory, and collaborative models). Dr. Aponte-Soto also has a background in organizational development and change management that contributes to providing meaningful capacity-building and technical assistance services that align initiatives with community needs to maximize resources and build sustainable practices.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dr. Aponte-Soto&amp;nbsp;is a research faculty for the University of Illinois Culturally Responsive Evaluation and Assessment (CREA) Center, an ACE Network member, and a former Board member of the American Evaluation Association.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
