If so, then this info session may be for you!</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px !important;">The <a href="https://www.pathwaysinitiative.net/" target="_blank">Evaluation Pathways Initiative</a> (Pathways) is a program designed to strengthen the diversity of the Chicago area evaluation field by increasing the recruitment and training of culturally responsive and equity-focused evaluators of color. Pathways offers an Emerging Evaluator Program and each cohort includes six weeks of interactive workshops followed by eight weeks of optional one-on-one evaluation coaching. She is a Spanish/English bilingual advocate, educator, and scholar with over 20 years of experience in culturally responsive, community-participatory research, organizational development, and equity-centered evaluation, including community mobilization paradigms (e.g., critical consciousness, positive youth development, and empowerment, participatory, and collaborative models).
