This session provides an overview of performance management and measurement training for education, human services, and evaluation professionals. The program will provide detailed introductory training on performance management to support the development of performance management approaches using the RBA framework. Presented by Terry A. Solomon, Ph.D., Executive Director of African American Family Research Institute and esteemed CEA member.
