CEA Networking and Communication
CEA encourages communication, professional networking, and the exchange of evaluation-related information among its members.
General Questions and Information
If you have general questions about the organization, please submit them via the contact page. If you have a specific question about the governance or structure of CEA, please visit the officers and committees page. There you can find contact information for the Executive Board and committee chairs.
If you have an idea for professional development events or information that you would like to have added to the CEA website, please let us know by contacting a member of the Professional Development, Social Networking, Strategic Planning or Website committee.
Discussions Among CEA Members
We encourage our members to participate in evaluation-related discussions through the CEA email discussion list. This forum enables us to exchange ideas and knowledge among evaluation professionals and others who are interested in evaluation. We welcome discussion topics that pose thought-provoking questions and cover a broad range of areas related to the practice, theory, or teaching of evaluation. We also use the discussion list to post announcements about upcoming professional development events and disseminate important information to CEA members (including information about evaluation RFPs and job postings).
Any member of the discussion group (in Yahoo!® Groups) can initiate and participate in a discussion topic. To initiate a discussion among members of the CEA discussion group, send a message to the discussion list. To join the CEA discussion list, send an email to: Todd Bottom (tbottom@depaul.edu) OR Leah Neubauer (lneubaue@depaul.edu). Please include your name and email address in your message.
Professional Networking
CEA has a LinkedIn page, and we invite you to join our group. You can find it by searching for the group: "Chicagoland Evaluation Association (CEA)". Several CEA members also use LinkedIn for professional networking. To find out who they are (or to view their profile), check for the LinkedIn icon
